EA Component Question could be a number of different things.
The common base is that it is a question that relates to the Early Achievers Quality Recognition system and different than an EA User Issue (something to do with users accessing and logging in to CECI as they relate to their Early Achievers program and that tab in the CECI site)
Components of Early Achievers include: Program Profile, Teacher/Director/Parent Surveys, updating classrooms (teachers or classroom info), Video Highlights and any reflections, Records Review, Dual Language Designation, Program Dashboard, and uploading resources to Video Highlights or Records Review (not uploading of videos in general, but to these specific components)
If any question comes up about any of the components, masquerade as the requester and look up the Community Liaison (can find this in the Program Profile box in the EA Page) and include the Community Liaison as cc: in the response email.
Even if you know the answer, we defer to the Community Liaison to give any instructions on how to complete any of the Early Achievers components.
