The College of Education is using a web based tool called Symplicity to support its experiential learning programs (e.g. internships) in undergraduate programs including ECE, ECO, and ECFS.

The system supports processes around graded experiential learning within College of Education undergraduate programs. The system is NOT a general job board.
Symplicity Functions
For Community Partners
- Create their own logins that must be reviewed and approved by COE staff.
- Update their organization's profile that is visible to students.
- Post positions specifically for program related COE experiential learning.
- Review applications and make job offers.
- Submit periodic evaluations of student employees.
For Students
- Student in relevant programs can log in through UW Login SSO.
- Update their profile visible to employers, including providing resumes.
- Browse and apply for positions.
- Accept offers.
- Submit periodic evaluations of work experience.
