Additional Systems


After you complete the training and data agreement, we send a notice to other college authorizers who may authorize you in additional systems as needed for your responsibilities. For example:

  • Ariba, My Financial Desktop
  • UW Enterprise Data Warehouse, BI Portal
  • MyGrad Department


Adjusting Roles


If you are missing access to systems or the starting application role you were given is not sufficient to do your work, request specific permissions through ticket, edhelp@uw.edu, or your supervisor.
