To install a Miller Ricoh copier in Miller, you need to be on the UW network (wifi or ethernet). Alternatively, you can install while on the UW VPN "Big IP-Edge Client"
1) run the software. It can be downloaded here:

2) after installing the Mac Ricoh software, you can setup the printer:
Apple menu > System preferences > Printers & Scanners:
When you get to this dialog, click the globe then type in the ip address from this page: https://coehelp.uw.edu/a/solutions/articles/17000008381
Be sure to pick "HP Jetdirect" from this dropdown menu.
Wait 10 seconds, and the name and location should automatically appear:
