If you want to share a project with someone else (within or outside our organization), you can send them an email invitation. This article summarizes the steps to accomplish this.


1. Find the project you want to share and click on the ellipsis menu



2. Select "Collaborate" from the drop down menu


3. Add collaborator's email  and select "Add"



4. Check access permissions (what things do you want this person to be able to do)


5. Click "Save" to send a message

6. Edit the message and click "Send"


After you complete these steps, your colleague will receive an email with a code to access your project.
