The public facing calendar page will be located here:

The main UW Trumba site is here. This is where you can manipulate it and make edits:

Log into Trumba at: http://trumba.uw.edu/


At first, you'll likely be viewing the whole UW campus wide calendar, and can't make edits:




Click on the down carrot next to "CURRENT PUBLICATION" and pick "Internal department calendar":






Once you've logged in as an editor, you can find the "Add event" button here:

For adding an event, you'll need to have edit rights. The help desk can add those admin rights here using the UW groups service:
