Follow the steps below, or see a screenshot tutorial.

  1. Log in to the site with your UWNetID (under "Quick Links" at top right of screen)

  2. Click on your name in the black bar at the top of the screen (Where it says "Hello XXXXXXX")

  3. Click on the "Edit" tab

  4. Click on the gray "Faculty" or "Staff" link at the upper left of the screen

  5. Edit your information within the available fields. (NOTE: Copying text from a plain text editor (e.g., TextEdit on Macs or Notepad on Windows) is strongly recommended. Copying from a Word document often carries over unintended formatting.)

  6. Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ARCHIVED SO DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ENTRIES BEFORE SAVING.


Adding Additional Media

If you have additional media (video, podcast, photos) you would like to display on your profile page, please send URL/s to either Paul Keyes or Dustin Wunderlich. We can embed media content from most major platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Soundcloud).
