When troubleshooting Outlook issues, it's sometimes necessary to completely remove the profiles and data files associated with existing outlook within Windows. This applicable to Windows 7-8-10 machines

Be sure to fully close Outlook before doing this!

1. Either via shortcut on desktop or using search, go to "Control Panel" in Windows

2. Within Control Panel, do a search for "Mail" and then select "Mail (32-bit)"

3. In the new windows, select "Show Profiles"

4. In the next Window, delete all profiles with "Remove" Restarting outlook should now show no accounts. Be sure to add a new account before hitting "OK" (any name is fine)
